| Ruffino?s is the only place my husband and I take our vehicles now. I love these guys. They take time to explain all issues and take before and after pictures. They also send you a pdf you can print of the priority items. Recommend next and items you are good on. |

| I was nervous at first about taking my Jeep to a new shop, but Ruffino Auto Repair totally exceeded my expectations. Liz and Rob were both professional, knowledgeable and friendly! The diagnostic process was incredibly thorough and included photos. There were no surprises since I was updated on the cost and had to approve/decline each repair in advance. I highly recommend this place and will be back for all future repairs. |

| Came in to get my car's engine maintenance light checked. They had it a little over a week and when they finally called they said they had most likely figured out the part that needed replacing but were unable to confirm with Toyota if that was the case. So they told me as much and said to just take it to them instead of doing unneeded and potentially expensive work that may or may not have actually fixed the issue. A little frustrating but they were upfront and honest about everything and the best part is they did not charge me a dime which was honestly very surprising and unexpected. Honest car mechanics are such a rarity these days and the fact that they didn't charge despite working on the issue for so long has me sold. I'll definitely be coming back for future work when/if needed. |
